No.12737\/2010\n06.10.2010\n\n       Heard Shri Ashok Lalwani, learned counsel for the\n\npetitioners, on the question of admission and interim relief.\n\n       The petitioner has filed this petition alleging inaction on the\n\npart of the respondent police authorities in providing security and<\/pre>\n<p>protection to the life and person of the petitioners.<\/p>\n<p>       While seeking instructions from the respondents this Court<\/p>\n<p>by order dated 13.9.2010 had granted liberty to the petitioners to<\/p>\n<p>move an application before the Superintendent of Police, Bhopal<\/p>\n<p>seeking protection and if such an application is preferred by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners, it was directed that the respondent no.2 would dwell<\/p>\n<p>upon the same and provide necessary protection to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In fact the interim direction issued by this Court on<\/p>\n<p>13.9.2010 is the final relief sought for by the petitioners in the<\/p>\n<p>petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>       In the circumstances, in terms of the interim order, the<\/p>\n<p>petition filed by the petitioners is disposed of with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the effect that in case the petitioners move an application before<\/p>\n<p>the Superintendent of Police, Bhopal seeking protection, he shall<\/p>\n<p>dwell upon the same and provide necessary protection to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners. A copy of the order passed today alongwith a copy<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                   2<\/span><br \/>\n             Gaurav Tejpal and Ano. vs. State of M.P. &amp; Ors.<\/p>\n<p>of the petition be served upon the Superintendent of Police,<\/p>\n<p>Bhopal by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>      With the aforesaid direction the petition, filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, stands disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p>        C.C as per rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                                ( R.
