JHARKHANDI UPADHYAY<br \/>\n                               ********<\/p>\n<p>12   19\/04\/2011            Heard Counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioner is aggrieved by order dated<\/p>\n<p>                  16.11.2006 and the order of the Sessions Judge, Patna<\/p>\n<p>                  dated 20.02.2007 by which the complaint petition has<\/p>\n<p>                  been dismissed. From perusal of the order, it appears<\/p>\n<p>                  that the petitioner who is the complainant is in<\/p>\n<p>                  possession of the lands in question.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is alleged that the Opposite Party No. 2 along<\/p>\n<p>                  with one another person has got a deed executed in his<\/p>\n<p>                  favour with respect to the said lands. The complaint<\/p>\n<p>                  petition also discloses that there was a talk           of<\/p>\n<p>                  compromise between them which failed. The said sale<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        deed was executed in the year 1990. The petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>        not taken any steps to get the sale deed set aside by filing<\/p>\n<p>        a civil suit on the ground that it is a forged document.<\/p>\n<p>                  Counsel for the petitioner submits that the<\/p>\n<p>        accused persons for the purpose of disturbing the<\/p>\n<p>        possession of the petitioner, insulted him and also<\/p>\n<p>        criminally intimidated him. The allegation as contained in<\/p>\n<p>        paragraph 6 of the complaint petition by itself does not<\/p>\n<p>        make out a case of criminal intimidation.<\/p>\n<p>                  I see no illegally in the orders impugned.
