No.31714 of 2011\n                 Ashok Mallik, Son of Sito Mallik, resident of village-Harerampur, P.S.-\n                 Garhpura, District-Begusarai.                  ........Petitioner.\n                                         Versus\n                 The State of Bihar                             .........Opp. Party.\n                                        -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   18.10.2011                   Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                       counsel appearing for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a<\/p>\n<p>                       case in which cognizance of the offence under section 498A, 494<\/p>\n<p>                       of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition<\/p>\n<p>                       Act.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that admittedly<\/p>\n<p>                       the marriage took place 11 years ago. There is no truth behind the<\/p>\n<p>                       allegation of demand of motorcycle and subjecting the complainant<\/p>\n<p>                       to cruelty for non-fulfillment of dowry.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is also submitted that the complainant in reply to the<\/p>\n<p>                       court question while making statement on solemn affirmation has<\/p>\n<p>                       categorically stated that the problem started only after the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner married another lady.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner has not married any other lady. There is lack of<\/p>\n<p>                       compatibility between the parties, as a result of which the present<\/p>\n<p>                       case has been registered.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Considering the facts and circumstances of the case let<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner, namely Ashok Mallik in the event of his arrest or<\/p>\n<p>                       surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          from the date of receipt\/communication of this order, be released<\/p>\n<p>          on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000\/- (Five thousand only)<\/p>\n<p>          with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri<\/p>\n<p>          S.
