Opp. Party.\n                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02\/   07.10.2010                 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>                    the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail<\/p>\n<p>                    for offence under section 302\/34 of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                                 The petitioners are the father, mother, brother<\/p>\n<p>                    and Bhabhi of the deceased and the complaint has been<\/p>\n<p>                    filed by the widow of the deceased alleging that due to<\/p>\n<p>                    demand of dowry the father, mother, brother and Bhabhi<\/p>\n<p>                    of the deceased has killed him. However, on the fact of it<\/p>\n<p>                    the allegation bears to be a true. However, the father has<\/p>\n<p>                    lodged a case that the complaint case encountered to this<\/p>\n<p>                    case that his son was taken by the one of the in-laws of the<\/p>\n<p>                    deceased son and he died at his Sasural.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                 Hence, having regard to the facts and<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         circumstances, that the case is complaint case and in view<\/p>\n<p>         of the allegation, above named petitioners, in the event of<\/p>\n<p>         their arrest or surrender in the court below within a period<\/p>\n<p>         of four weeks from the date of receipt \/ production of a<\/p>\n<p>         copy of this order, are directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>         furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000\/- (ten thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>         with two sureties of the like amount each to the<\/p>\n<p>         satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda<\/p>\n<p>         at Biharsharif in connection with Complaint Case No.<\/p>\n<p>         676C of 2008, subject to the condition mentioned in<\/p>\n<p>         section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Kundan                         (Gopal Prasad, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Brahamdeo Paswan &amp;Amp; Ors vs State Of Bihar on 7 October, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.
