Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :12\/12\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                                 KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n\n                          -----------------------------------------\n\n                              W.P(C)No. 26442 of  2003\n\n                          -----------------------------------------\n\n                   Dated this the 12th  day of  December, 2006\n\n\n                                       JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        The writ petition is filed with the following prayer:-<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                       (a)     issue   a   writ   of   mandamus   or   any   other   writ,   or<\/p>\n<p>                       direction, directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents to act upon<\/p>\n<p>                       Ext.P10   representation   and   take   steps   to   extend   to   the<\/p>\n<p>                       petitioner   all   service   benefits   like   fixation   of   pay,<\/p>\n<p>                       increment and arrears reckoning the period of 12-8-1981<\/p>\n<p>                       to   11-8-1985   into   account   when   the   petitioner   was   on<\/p>\n<p>                       deputation   in   foreign   service   sponsored   by   the<\/p>\n<p>                       Government of India as directed in Exts.P3, P4 &amp; P5.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>There   is   no   counter   affidavit.     There   will   be   a   direction   to   the   second<\/p>\n<p>respondent   to   take   appropriate   action   on   Ext.P10   representation   in<\/p>\n<p>accordance  with law  with  notice  to the  petitioner  within  a period  of three<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of production of a copy of this judgment.
