State of Raj. &amp; Ors.\n\nDate    Of    Order    ::   20\/09\/2010\n\nHon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Rastogi\n\nMr. Madan Mohan, petitioner in person.\n\t\tPetitioner appeared in person and submits that after tender notice was published from the office of Deputy Commissioner (Administration), Commercial Taxes, Bharatpur, in terms of selections made, the petitioner was appointed to work as Man with Machine (Computer Operator) and continuously discharging his duties since October,2009 but the same process has been again initiated by the respondent by notice inviting tender on 11.8.2010 read with 20.8.2010 and some placement agency has been approved by the respondent through which appointments are to be made. Petitioner further submits that when he too has been appointed while going through the same method, there is no justification to appoint fresh applicants through the process which has once been adopted by the respondent pursuant to which the petitioner was given appointment and replacement of the petitioner in the present circumstances is in violation of Article 14 of the Constitution. Petitioner further submits that in identical CWP-12119\/2010 this Court while issuing notices has passed interim order on 06\/09\/2010.<\/pre>\n<p>\t\tIssue notice to the respondents along with a copy of this order as to why the petition may not be disposed off at the stage of admission, returnable by four weeks.
