Respondents.\n\nPrayer\n\nPetition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying\nfor the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third respondent to\nreceive the petitioner's complaint dated 07.09.2010 which was refused by him and\nregister the FIR and investigate in accordance with the provisions of law.\n\n!For petitioner  ... Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar\n\t\t     Special Government Pleader\n\n:ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p>  \tThis writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus, to<br \/>\ndirect the third respondent to receive the complaint, dated 07.09.2010, which<br \/>\nhad been sent by the petitioner, by registered post.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t2. Mr.K.M.Vijayakumar, the learned Special Government Pleader takes notice<br \/>\non behalf of the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t3. At this stage of hearing of the writ petition, the learned Special<br \/>\nGovernment Pleader, appearing on behalf of the respondents, had stated that the<br \/>\nregistered letter, said to have been sent by the petitioner, had been returned<br \/>\nwithout the knowledge of the third respondent.  He had further submitted that,<br \/>\nas and when the petitioner submits his complaint, the third respondent shall<br \/>\nregister the same.\n<\/p>\n<p>\t4. In view of the submissions made by the learned Special Government<br \/>\nPleader appearing on behalf of the respondents, this writ petition is closed, as<br \/>\nno further  orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
