Criminal Application No.7394 of 2010<br \/>\nvide order dtd 13.08.2010 in view of the facts and circumstances<br \/>\nnarrated in this application, for a period of 1 month or any<br \/>\nreasonable period as this Hon&#8217;ble Court may deem fit and proper in<br \/>\nthe interest of justice.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Rule<br \/>\nwas issued on 13th<br \/>\nApril 2011 returnable on 21st<br \/>\nApril 2011.  On 21st<br \/>\nApril 2011 the matter was adjourned to 29th<br \/>\nApril 2011.  On 29th<br \/>\nApril 2011 it was adjourned for today.\n<\/p>\n<p>Learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Parthiv B. Shah for the applicant was asked to submit<br \/>\nfresh itinerary along with address and contact numbers.  Learned<br \/>\nadvocate Mr.Parthiv Shah places on record a copy of communication<br \/>\ndated 1st<br \/>\nMay 2011 addressed by Messrs Hotels, Resorts, Cruise Booking, Holiday<br \/>\nPackages and Group Bookings, Ahmedabad addressed to Mr.Chitrak Shah.<br \/>\nThe itinerary suggests that the applicant will be leaving Ahmedabad<br \/>\non 25th<br \/>\nMay 2011 and will be back to Ahmedabad on 7th<br \/>\nJune 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tInstead<br \/>\nof varying conditions no.5(c) and 5(d) it is deemed fit and proper to<br \/>\npass the following order.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tThe<br \/>\nInvestigating Officer is directed to hand over the Passport to the<br \/>\napplicant-Mr.Chitrak Satishbhai Shah on his filing an undertaking to<br \/>\nthe Investigating Officer that on his return to Ahmedabad on 7th<br \/>\nJune 2011 the applicant will deposit passport again with the<br \/>\nInvestigating Officer on or before 10th<br \/>\nJune 2011.  Besides, the applicant shall execute a bond in a sum of<br \/>\nRs.2,00,000\/- (Rupees two lacs only).\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tThe<br \/>\napplicant shall furnish his address during the aforesaid visit and<br \/>\nalso contact number on which contact number he shall be available to<br \/>\nthe Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tWith<br \/>\nthese directions the application is disposed of.
