Roadmap I.T. solutions (P) Ltd., from August 2007 to<br \/>\nMarch 2009, during which period the company had deducted P.F. every month from my salary. On<br \/>\nresigning from the company, I seek details of PF remittances along with my account number and balances<br \/>\nthereon.\n<\/p>\n<p>1. The register number of my petition dated 28-04-2010 was taken on records by P.F office.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. The name of the dealing assistant to my petition.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. Action taken by the dealing assistant on my petition dated 28-04-2010(Copy enclosed)\n<\/p>\n<p>4. The employer&#8217;s P.F code of Roadmap IT Solutions (p) ltd.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. My P.F A\/c No. under the above employer.\n<\/p>\n<p>6. The details of my P.F contribution &amp; employer contribution remitted from August 2007 to March 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p>7. The balance available on the above P.F A\/C No. as on date.\n<\/p>\n<p>PIO Reply :\n<\/p>\n<p>It is intimated that the establishment M\/s. Roadmap IT Solutions Pvt. Ltd. has been covered under the<br \/>\nEPF Act from 01.04.2008. The P.F. Code number allotted to the establishment is PC\/1831. As seen from<br \/>\nthe records, the P.F. Account number allotted to appellant is 26. The employer has not yet submitted the<br \/>\nAnnual returns in Form 3A and 6A for 2008-09 and 2009-10. After receiving the above said returns from<br \/>\nthe employer the balance available in P.F. Account by crediting interest will be intimated in due course.\n<\/p>\n<p>Grounds of the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant is not satisfied.\n<\/p>\n<p> Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;NO FAA Order is mentioned.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>The appellant had submitted a representation to the Commissioner of EPF Organisation, Puducherry on<br \/>\n28.4.2010 seeking for their help in the matter. But, again he was disappointed and received no response<br \/>\nfrom their end. The appellant did not get any information regarding the subject.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. K. Suresh Kumar on video conference from NIC-Puducherry Studio;<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. Munuswamy, PIO &amp; Assistant PF Commissioner on video conference from NIC-\n<\/p>\n<p>              Puducherry Studio;\n<\/p>\n<p>       The Appellant has been given information by the PIO but the Appellant wants the details of his<br \/>\naccount with the PF Department since the beginning of his employment.
