 permanent injunction restraining them from interfering<\/p>\n
 peaceful possession and enjoyment of the shop<\/p>\n
 premises. On contest, the said suit was decreed as<\/p>\n
against which respondents 1 to 3 have \ufb01led an appeal in<\/p>\n
\/,<\/p>\n

R.F.A.No.444\/2009 and the said appeal is still pending.<\/p>\n
In the meantime, the petitioner alleges that resporilktnts<\/p>\n
1 to 3 are trying to interfere with her <\/p>\n
Hence, she lodged a complaint with the -.<\/p>\n
police at Banaswadi Police Sta,tiori,.,c;opy.:<\/p>\n
