Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :10\/01\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                        ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                       ===============\n                   W.P.(C) NO. 1279 OF 2008 B\n                 =====================\n\n            Dated this the 10th day of January, 2008\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>       The only prayer that is made before me is for an instalment<\/p>\n<p>facility to pay off the Motor Vehicles Tax for the two quarters<\/p>\n<p>during the period 1\/7\/07 to 31\/12\/2007.<\/p>\n<p>       2.   In view of the limited nature of the request, after<\/p>\n<p>hearing the learned Government Pleader also, I dispose of this<\/p>\n<p>writ petition directing that the petitioner will be permitted to<\/p>\n<p>discharge    the aforesaid     liability in three equal monthly<\/p>\n<p>instalments, first of which will be payable on the 15th of January<\/p>\n<p>2008 and the second and third instalments will be payable on the<\/p>\n<p>15th of February, 2008 and 15th of March, 2008 respectively. I<\/p>\n<p>make it clear that this includes only the quarters mentioned<\/p>\n<p>above.
