The prayer sought in the writ petition is that until the<\/p>\n<p>direction in Ext.P1 judgment of this Court in W.P.(C).18134\/2009<\/p>\n<p>is complied with, further action pursuant to Ext.P2 order passed<\/p>\n<p>by the Tribunal for Local Self Government Institutions in Revision<\/p>\n<p>Petition No.80\/2009 shall not be taken.<\/p>\n<p>2.    3rd respondent has entered appearance and filed a counter<\/p>\n<p>affidavit producing the order dated 12.11.2009 issued by the<\/p>\n<p>Secretary of the Nedumangadu Municipality, in compliance with<\/p>\n<p>the directions of the Tribunal in Ext.P2 order.
