THE PRINCIPAL, NALANDA COLLEGE, BIHARSHARIF\n                                         -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2   30.09.2010            Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, the<\/p>\n<p>                 State and the respondent-University.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          The grievance of the petitioner is that his father<\/p>\n<p>                 who was Laboratory Boy in Nalanda College, Biharsharif<\/p>\n<p>                 died on 27.01.2003 and thereafter his mother also died<\/p>\n<p>                 on 12.02.2003. After the death the younger brother of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner   was   offered   compassionate   appointment,<\/p>\n<p>                 however the death-cum-retiral dues have remained to be<\/p>\n<p>                 settled as yet.\n<\/p>\n<p>                          Learned counsel appearing for the respondent-<\/p>\n<p>                 University submits that the claims of the petitioner shall<\/p>\n<p>                 be considered without delay as per law.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In the above circumstances, learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner submits that for expeditious disposal of the<\/p>\n<p>                 pending claims as highlighted in this writ application,<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner proposes to file a joint representation with his<\/p>\n<p>                 brother before the respondent no.3 with copy to the<\/p>\n<p>                 respondent nos. 2, 4 &amp; 5.\n<\/p>\n<p>                         In view of the above, in case such representation<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           stating details of unpaid claims is filed by the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>           within a period of four weeks from today along with the<\/p>\n<p>           certified copy of the present order as also the copy of the<\/p>\n<p>           relevant documents, if any, in support of the claim, the<\/p>\n<p>           grievances of the petitioner raised in the representation<\/p>\n<p>           shall be considered in accordance with law expeditiously<\/p>\n<p>           preferably within a period of six months on receipt of<\/p>\n<p>           such representation so that the grievances of the<\/p>\n<p>           petitioner may be settled without delay and upon<\/p>\n<p>           consideration the admitted dues found payable may also<\/p>\n<p>           be paid to the petitioner along with interest permissible<\/p>\n<p>           under the rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>                   The writ application stands disposed of with the<\/p>\n<p>           above observations\/directions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Manish\/-                             ( Shailesh Kumar Sinha,J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Baleshwar Prasad vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 30 September, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.16512 of 2010 BALESHWAR PRASAD SON OF LATE KAMESHWAR SAO, RESIDENT OF VILLAGE NIMGANJ, P.S.
