No.39629 of 2010\n                                        NARESH YADAV\n                                               Versus\n                                      The STATE OF BIHAR\n                                             -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3\/      24.03.2011              Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n<p>                      counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Petitioner is alleged for excavation and collection of<\/p>\n<p>                      bolders but submission is finding no presence of this petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                      from the site of excavation.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                Having considered the facts and circumstances of the<\/p>\n<p>                      case, prayer of petitioner is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                In the event of arrest or surrender within one month<\/p>\n<p>                      from the date of receipt\/production of a copy of this order in<\/p>\n<p>                      connection with Forest Case No. 46 of 2006, Tr. No. 584 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>                      above named petitioner shall be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                      bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                      amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Gaya subject to the<\/p>\n<p>                      conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.
