The   learned   Public<\/p>\n<p>Prosecutor,   on   instructions   submits   that   the   investigation   is   in<\/p>\n<p>progress and the final report shall be filed at the earliest, at any rate,<\/p>\n<p>within   a   period   of   three   months   from   this   date.     The   crime   was<\/p>\n<p>registered on 04\/02\/2006 and I am satisfied in these circumstances of<\/p>\n<p>this case that the said request of the learned Public Prosecutor can be<\/p>\n<p>accepted.\n<\/p>\n<p>       2.
