Copies of all documents required for supply of MS Pipe Round opened on 27\/10\/2006 for the year<br \/>\n      2006-07 including purchase order number and date, order description, ordered quantity, ordered<br \/>\n      rate, Vat (if any), total ordered value, delivery schedule, demand S.O. number and date, quantity<br \/>\n      demanded with its delivery schedule, date of supply, Challan number, Truck number and date and<br \/>\n      truck entered in Doddy CJ-2 and returned after unloading.\n<\/p>\n<p>   2. Material (M.S. Pipes) tested, received quantity, rejected quantity, Bill number and date, penalty<br \/>\n      deducted, billed and released amount by cheque number and date.\n<\/p>\n<p>   3. Name of testing agency, place form where quantities were loaded, Weighment Slip of Dharam-<br \/>\n      Kanta, quantity rejected, replacement made (if any) along with truck number and date.\n<\/p>\n<p>   4. Amount of quantity demanded and supplied on or before 31\/03\/2007 and amount still to be<br \/>\n      supplied, along with information as to whether any S.O. for any balance quantity was cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p>Reply of the PIO<br \/>\nNot enclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p>First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>Unsatisfactory information was provided by the PIO within the stipulated time.\n<\/p>\n<p>Order of the FAA:\n<\/p>\n<p>The FAA observed that the information had already been provided to the Appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ground of the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p>That the PlO supplied information but after going through the information supplied it was revealed that<br \/>\ninformation on points A(l) ,A(7) ,A(8), A(l0),A(13),B(i),B(ii),B(iii),B(iv),B(v),B (vii),B(viii),C and D<br \/>\nwere not supplied hence the Appellant made a represent before First Appellate Authority for the complete<br \/>\ncompliance.\n<\/p>\n<p> Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing on 14 December 2010:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>        &#8220;The Appellant has claimed in his second appeal that he has not been provided information on<br \/>\nA(l), A(7) ,A(8), A(l0),A(13),B(i),B(ii),B(iii),B(iv),B(v),B (vii),B(viii),C and D. The Commission also<br \/>\nnotices that 1500 pages of information is ready with the PIO which will be sent when the Appellant pays<br \/>\nfor the postage charge for this. If the information mentioned by the Appellant is not included in the 1500<br \/>\npages the PIO is directed to provide this to the Appellant.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>Commission&#8217;s Decision dated 14 December 2010:\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appeal was disposed.\n<\/p>\n<p>Facts leading to showcause hearing on 03\/02\/2011;\n<\/p>\n<p>The Appellant vide letter dated 16\/12\/2010 informed the Commission that the order of the Commission<br \/>\nhas not been complied with. Hence the Commission decided to schedule a noncompliance hearing in the<br \/>\nmatter on 03\/02\/2011 at 04.00PM to decide whether there as been a noncompliance of the Commission&#8217;s<br \/>\ndecision or not.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing on 03 February 2011:<br \/>\nThe following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Mr. A.K. Goel;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Mr. Mukesh Rana, Assistant Superintendent, Central Jail-02;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The Appellant claims that in this matter he has not got the complete information. He states that he<br \/>\nis not willing to inspect the records since he is scared to go to the inspection at Tihar Jail. The appellant<br \/>\nstates that he is willing to pay the additional fee of Rs.2\/- per page relevant to this matter of M\/s Jagdamba<br \/>\nSales Corporation. The Commission directs the PIO to inform the Appellant the additional fee and the<br \/>\nnumber of pages before 20 February 2011. The PIO will give the complete information within 30 days of<br \/>\nreceipt of the Additional fee.\n<\/p>\n<p>Adjunct Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p>      The PIO will inform the Appellant about the additional fee which he is required to<br \/>\npay as directed above before 20 February 2011.
