In respect of the<\/p>\n<p>alleged illegal acts committed by the third respondent, while she<\/p>\n<p>was working as Assistant Executive Engineer in the Electrical Sub<\/p>\n<p>Division, Gandhi Nagar, Kottayam which falls under Pallam<\/p>\n<p>Electrical Division, the petitioner had filed Ext.P1 complaint in the<\/p>\n<p>Court of the Special Judge (Vigilance) Thrissur. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>submits that the said complaint is pending investigation and that<\/p>\n<p>notwithstanding the said fact, steps are being taken to transfer<\/p>\n<p>and post the third respondent who is an Executive Engineer, in<\/p>\n<p>the Pallam Electrical Division, which is the controlling office of<\/p>\n<p>Electrical Sub Division, Gandhi Nagar, Kottayam where she was<\/p>\n<p>formerly working as Assistant Executive Engineer. In this writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, the petitioner prays for a writ in the nature of mandamus<\/p>\n<p>commanding respondents 1 and 2 not to transfer and post the<\/p>\n<p>third respondent as Executive Engineer, Electrical Division, Pallam<\/p>\n<p>till the disposal of the complaint filed by him in the Court of the<\/p>\n<p>Special Judge (Vigilance), Thrissur.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">W.P.(C)21776\/2008            2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           When the writ petition came up for hearing today,<\/p>\n<p>  Sri.K.S.Anil, the learned standing counsel appearing for the Kerala<\/p>\n<p>  State Electricity Board   submitted that there is no proposal at<\/p>\n<p>  present to transfer and post the third respondent as Executive<\/p>\n<p>  Engineer in Pallam Electrical Division. The said submission should<\/p>\n<p>  dispel any apprehension which the petitioner entertains as<\/p>\n<p>  regards the transfer and posting of the third respondent to Pallam<\/p>\n<p>  Electrical Division.
