The offences alleged<\/p>\n<p>are under Sections 326, 323 and 294(b) read with Section 34 of<\/p>\n<p>IPC.  This petition is filed to lift the condition No. (a)  imposed in<\/p>\n<p>Annexure I  order in B.A.No.530 of 2007.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    Heard both sides.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       3.
