K.MOHANAN, J.<\/a>\n            ------------------------------------------\n            Bail Application NO.7909\/2008\n            ------------------------------------------\n      Dated this the 30th day of December,2008\n\n\n                          O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Petitioner is the first accused in crime No.<\/p>\n<p>1938\/2008 of Ernakulam Town North Police Station for<\/p>\n<p>the offences under Sections 420, 468, 471, 473, 484 r\/w s.<\/p>\n<p>34 of IPC.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. The allegation against the accused is that on<\/p>\n<p>28.11.08 the Sub Inspector of Police, Ernakulam Town<\/p>\n<p>North police station conducted search on the premises of<\/p>\n<p>petitioner pursuant to the information received regarding<\/p>\n<p>making of faked degree certificates, passports, SSLC<\/p>\n<p>books etc. During search certain documents, computer<\/p>\n<p>etc. were seized. The petitioner who is the first accused<\/p>\n<p>arrested on 28.11.08 along with second accused. It is<\/p>\n<p>submitted that investigation is already over and hence<\/p>\n<p>prayed to release him on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.   Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that<\/p>\n<p>investigation is going on. It is also submitted that other<\/p>\n<p>two accused were also in custody. Considering the facts<\/p>\n<p>and circumstances involved in this case I am of the view<\/p>\n<p>Bail A. No.7909\/2008<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">.                                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>that detention of the petitioner no longer is required.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore bail can be granted to the petitioner on<\/p>\n<p>stringent     conditions,   on      executing   a   bond   for<\/p>\n<p>Rs.50,000 \/- (Rupees Fifty thousand          only)   with two<\/p>\n<p>solvent sureties each for the like amount to the<\/p>\n<p>satisfaction of the learned Magistrate and subject to the<\/p>\n<p>following conditions:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>            1.    Petitioner  shall  report  before   the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and 11<br \/>\n            a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            2. The petitioner shall make himself available<br \/>\n            for interrogation as and when required by the<br \/>\n            Investigating Officer.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            3.    The petitioner shall not influence or<br \/>\n            intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<br \/>\n            he attempt to tamper with the evidence for<br \/>\n            the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>            4.
