(C) No. 11650 OF 2010\n             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n             Dated this the 8th day of April, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           The petitioner is working as a Revenue Inspector in<\/p>\n<p>Attingal Municipality. Pursuant to the application for transfer,<\/p>\n<p>he was included in Ext.P2 draft list for transfer to Cochin<\/p>\n<p>Corporation. However, to his dejection, his name was deleted<\/p>\n<p>from Ext.P3 final list. Aggrieved by the said deletion and the<\/p>\n<p>consequential denial to transfer him based on Ext.P1<\/p>\n<p>application,    the       petitioner           has        submitted      Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>representation before the first respondent. According to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner his domestic atmosphere is such that his presence<\/p>\n<p>in Ernakulam District is highly necessary. He has raised all<\/p>\n<p>these contentions in Ext.P4 representation.                         Transfer on<\/p>\n<p>compassionate grounds is a matter that lies within the<\/p>\n<p>jurisdiction of the first respondent and therefore, the first<\/p>\n<p>respondent is directed to consider and pass orders on Ext.P4<\/p>\n<p>representation, expeditiously, at any rate, within a period of<\/p>\n<p>seven weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>                                          (C.T.
