Order dated 29-10-2009 passed by the Gujarat State<br \/>\n\tCooperative Tribunal is continued till final disposal of Lavad Case<br \/>\n\tNo.560 of 2009 pending before the Board of Nominees Court and Board<br \/>\n\tof Nominees Court is directed to dispose of Lavad Case No.560 of<br \/>\n\t2009 as early as possible preferably within three months from the<br \/>\n\tdate of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with the law, on<br \/>\n\tits own merits and without being influenced by any order passed by<br \/>\n\tthe Gujarat State Cooperative Tribunal as well as by this Court.<br \/>\n\tRule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
