Hajipur District-Vaishali.\n                                               Versus\n                                     The State Of Bihar .\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   01.07.2011           Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>                   learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           The petitioner seeks bail in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                   Jakkanpur Police Station Case No. 50 of 2011<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under Sections 341\/323\/354\/366 and 511 of<\/p>\n<p>                   the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   submits that the friendly relationship developed in<\/p>\n<p>                   between the petitioner and the informant during the<\/p>\n<p>                   course of their job and the petitioner used to visit at the<\/p>\n<p>                   house of informant and also known to her family<\/p>\n<p>                   members. Since the petitioner is bachelor so the<\/p>\n<p>                   informant with the consent of her family members<\/p>\n<p>                   began to pressing him to marry with her for which the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner expressed his inability so the informant and<\/p>\n<p>                   her family members became annoyed and petitioner has<\/p>\n<p>                   been implicated falsely in this case and he is behind the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            bar since 15.02.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>                    In the facts and circumstances of the case, let<\/p>\n<p>            the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>            furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with<\/p>\n<p>            two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>            of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Patna in<\/p>\n<p>            connection with Jakkanpur P.S.
