Shah, learned APP waives service of Notice of Rule on<br \/>\nbehalf of the respondent.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.<br \/>\nHeard Ms. M.L. Shah, learned APP.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.<br \/>\nThe applicant has taken out present application seeking extension of<br \/>\ntemporary bail for period of 30 days.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tEarlier<br \/>\nvide order dated 18.08.2011 passed in Criminal Misc. Application<br \/>\nNo.11806 of 2011 the Court (coram: Hon&#8217;ble Mr. Justice Anant S. Dave)<br \/>\nafter hearing the applicant and learned APP was pleased to grant<br \/>\ntemporary bail to the accused who is under trial prisoner for period<br \/>\nof 15 days. Now, extension for further period of 30 days is requested<br \/>\nfor on the ground that the family could not make arrangement for<br \/>\nnecessary finance and therefore operation could not be undertaken.<br \/>\nSince the operation had to be postponed due to financial difficulty<br \/>\nextension is requested for on the ground that presence of the accused\n<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; under trial prisoner is necessary as he is the only son of the<br \/>\nmother who is to be operated.\n<\/p>\n<p>5.\tHaving<br \/>\nregard to the reasons in support of the application, the application<br \/>\nis accepted. The request for extension of temporary bail for further<br \/>\nperiod of 10 days is granted on the same terms and conditions.<br \/>\nIt is clarified that extension is granted only for further period of<br \/>\n10 days and after completion of the aforesaid period of 10 days the<br \/>\napplicant shall surrender himself to the concerned jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
