JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI)<\/p>\n<p>1.\tAll<br \/>\nthe appeals are preferred by the appellant under Section 411 of the<br \/>\nBombay Provincial Municipal Corporation Act. Against the interim<br \/>\norder passed by the Small Causes Court, whereby the mandatory<br \/>\ninjunction has been granted of removal of the seal on depositing of<br \/>\nan amount specified in the order.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\tIt,prima<br \/>\nfacie, appears to us that the appeal under Section 411 of the Bombay<br \/>\nProvincial Municipal Corporation Act, would not be maintainable.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\tIn<br \/>\nthe above view of the matter, Mr. Raval, learned counsel for the<br \/>\nappellant, seeks permission to withdraw the appeal, under<br \/>\ninstructions, with a view to resort to appropriate proceedings.<br \/>\nPermission is granted.
