JOSEPH, J.\n\n            ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n                 W.P.(C) No. 20805 OF 2008 B\n            ````````````````````````````````````````````````````\n              Dated this the 10th day of July, 2008\n\n                          J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>           Only prayer in this writ petition is for permitting the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to take necessary documents from his shop room<\/p>\n<p>which has been sealed on 25.10.2007 so as to enable him to<\/p>\n<p>file appeal against Exts.P1 and P2. Petitioner is the proprietor<\/p>\n<p>of a Gas agency and the 2nd respondent sealed the premises<\/p>\n<p>of the petitioner under the instructions of the 1st respondent.<\/p>\n<p>The petitioner has already filed Ext.P3.<\/p>\n<p>      2.   I heard learned Government Pleader also.
