The Appeal From Order stands disposed of<br \/>\n\taccordingly. Notice is discharged with no order as to<br \/>\n\tcosts. Consequently, the Civil Application for stay stands disposed<br \/>\n\tof.\n<\/p>\n<p>It<br \/>\n\tis clarified that the observations made by the trial Court while<br \/>\n\tpassing the impugned order are tentative in nature and, therefore,<br \/>\n\tthe same will not come in the way of the appellant while deciding<br \/>\n\tthe suit.
