GOPINATHAN, JJ.\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = == = = = =\n                        W.P.(C) NO. 37166 OF 2009\n                  = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = = =\n\n           DATED THIS, THE 4TH DAY OF JANUARY, 2010.\n\n                               J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Raman, J.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>       Alleging harassment at the instance of the fourth respondent,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>       2.    In the view we are taking, we are not issuing notice to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents.    The question as to whether there is actual harassment or not<\/p>\n<p>is a question of fact. Since the petitioner has approached the Superintendent<\/p>\n<p>of Police by filing Ext.P2, the matter has to be looked into by him at the<\/p>\n<p>first instance. Accordingly, we direct the Superintendent of Police to look<\/p>\n<p>into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law. For the<\/p>\n<p>limited purpose of giving direction to the Superintendent of Police, he is<\/p>\n<p>suo motu impleaded as a party.\n<\/p>\n<p>        A copy of this order along with a copy of the writ petition shall be<\/p>\n<p>produced before the Superintendent of Police for information and<\/p>\n<p>compliance.\n<\/p>\n<p>       The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p>                                                      P.R.
