on 18 August, 2010<\/div>\n<\/p>\n<pre><\/pre>\n<p>                                                      &gt; <\/p>\n<p><a class=\"marker_ref\" href=\"\/search\/?formInput=Title\">Title<\/a>: Secretary-General reported the messages from Rajya Sabha that Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 17th August, 2010 passed the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2010; the Personal Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2010 and agreed without any amendment to the Energy Conservation (Amendment) Bill, 2010, passed by Lok Sabha on the 4th May, 2010.   <\/p>\n<p>SECRETARY-GENERAL: Sir, I have to report the following messages received from the Secretary-General of Rajya Sabha:-\n<\/p>\n<p>(i)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cIn accordance with the provisions of rule 111 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Rajya Sabha, I am directed to enclose a copy of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2010 which has been passed by the Rajya Sabbha at its sitting held on the 17th August, 2010.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>(ii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cIn accordance with the provisions of rule 111 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Rajya Sabha, I am directed to enclose a copy of the Personal Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2010 which has been passed by the Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 17th August, 2010.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>(iii)\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201cIn accordance with the provisions of rule 127 of the Rules of Procedure and Conduct of Business in the Rajya Sabha, I am directed to inform the Lok Sabha that the Rajya Sabha at its sitting held on the 17th August, 2010 agreed without any amendment to the Energy Conservation (Amendment) Bill, 2010 which was passed by the Lok Sabha at its sitting held on the 4th May, 2010.\u201d  <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>2. \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Sir, I lay on the Table the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Amendment Bill, 2010;
