P1 order of assessment petitioner has filed Ext. P2<\/p>\n<p>appeal and Ext. P3 stay petition which are pending consideration of<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent. In the meanwhile, Ext. P4 revenue recovery<\/p>\n<p>notice was issued and hence this writ petition.<\/p>\n<p>     2. Taking into account the pendency of the appeal and the<\/p>\n<p>stay petition as noticed above, this writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>directing the 2nd respondent to consider and pass orders on Ext. P3<\/p>\n<p>stay petition filed by the petitioner.      This shall be done as<\/p>\n<p>expeditiously as possible, at any rate within 4 weeks of production<\/p>\n<p>of a copy of this judgment.     In the meanwhile revenue recovery<\/p>\n<p>proceedings pursuant to Ext.
