    The petitioners are the students of Management and<\/p>\n
Technology  in  One  School  Avenue,  Pullikkanam, Vagamon,<\/p>\n
Idukki District which is affiliated to the first respondent<\/p>\n
University.\n<\/p>\n
    2.   They appeared for the first semester examination<\/p>\n
during the month of April 2009.      When the results were<\/p>\n
published on 25\/02\/2010, it was found that they had failed<\/p>\n
in certain subjects and they applied for revaluation of the<\/p>\n
respective answer papers after remitting the prescribed<\/p>\n
fees.   Exts.P1(A), P2(A), P3(A), P4(A), P5(A), P6(A), P7<\/p>\n
(A),  P8(A)  are   the  copies   of  the  applications  for<\/p>\n
revaluation.\n<\/p>\n
    3.   Heard   the  learned   Standing  Counsel for   the<\/p>\n
University.  There will be a direction to the respondents<\/p>\n
to complete the process of revaluation as requested for in<\/p>\n
the above applications, if the applications for revaluation<\/p>\n
along with the requisite fee covered by the pay-in-slips<\/p>\n
have been received and are in order and, communicate the<\/p>\n
results thereof, within a period of two months from the<\/p>\n
date of receipt of a copy of this Judgment.<\/p>\n
    The writ petition is disposed of as above. No costs.<\/p>\n
