M. SAHAI)<\/a><\/p>\n<p>1.\t\tWe<br \/>\nhave heard the learned counsel for the parties. We have requested the<br \/>\nlearned Advocate General to assist us in this matter. Therefore, the<br \/>\nmatter is adjourned to 30.8.2011 as a first case immediately after<br \/>\nthe admission board.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tMr<br \/>\nN J Shah, learned AGP to file affidavit of the authorised officer Mr<br \/>\nS.A. Sumra as to the procedure he adopts for deciding the objections<br \/>\nwith regard to the inclusion or exclusion of names in the voters&#8217;<br \/>\nlist and shall explain as to why<br \/>\nhe is not required to pass any reasoned order for including names in<br \/>\nthe voters&#8217; list or for excluding names in the voters&#8217; list.
