Anal Polyester Private Limited<br \/>\nwith directions to take charge of the assets and properties of the<br \/>\ncompany. Pursuant to that,the Official Liquidator attached to this<br \/>\nCourt has taken the charge of all the assets and properties of the<br \/>\ncompany (in liquidation). It appears that a meeting of the sale<br \/>\ncommittee was held on 27.12.2007 for the purpose of sale of assets of<br \/>\nthe company and it was  decided that the opponent shall get the fresh<br \/>\nvaluation done by a government approved valuer on their panel and<br \/>\naccordingly a fresh valuation of the assets of the company was<br \/>\ncarried out. Thereafter, the meeting of sale committee was held and<br \/>\nupset price of the assets were raised. The sale committee also<br \/>\ndecided to publish advertisement in the local newspapers inviting<br \/>\noffers for the sale of the properties. It is stated by learned<br \/>\nadvocate for Official Liquidator that, advertisements were published<br \/>\nin local dailies and intending purchasers are invited to inspect the<br \/>\nproperties on 25.6.2008 of the company (in liquidation). Therefore,<br \/>\nin order to submit offer,intending purchasers would be required to<br \/>\ninspect the properties put for sale and so, the Official Liquidator<br \/>\nis required to be permitted to de-seal properties for the purpose of<br \/>\ninspection by the intending purchasers.\n<\/p>\n<p>4.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the above, the Official Liquidator is permitted to de-seal<br \/>\nthe assets and properties  of the company(in liquidation)put on sale<br \/>\nfor the purpose of inspection by intending purchasers from 10:00am to<br \/>\n6:00 pm on 25.6.2008. Thereafter,the Official Liquidator shall<br \/>\nre-seal the assets and properties of the company (in liquidation).<br \/>\nThis report stands disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Bankim<br \/>\nN.
