State of Kerala<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(2003 (3) KLT SN 133 Case No.169). While admitting the writ<\/p>\n<p>petition, this Court has issued an interim direction to permit the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to execute the agreement on stamp paper worth<\/p>\n<p>Rs.250\/-.
