He has further<\/p>\n<p>stated that petitioner shall surrender\/appear before the<\/p>\n<p>Competent Magistrate on or before 25.06.2011 and shall<\/p>\n<p>seek regular bail from the Sessions Court.<\/p>\n<p>           Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner shall surrender\/appear before the Competent<\/p>\n<p>Magistrate on or before 25.06.2011 as undertook by the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel for the petitioner.
