                 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA\n                        Criminal Appeal (DB) No.764 of 2011\n                                  Raj Kumari Devi\n                                       Versus\n                                The State Of Bihar\n                                        with\n                        Criminal Appeal (DB) No.850 of 2011\n                              Neta Das @ Raju & Ors.\n                                       Versus\n                                The State Of Bihar\n\n\n3   16.9.2011<\/pre>\n
               Heard learned counsel for the appellants and the<\/p>\n
                counsel appearing on behalf of the State.\n<\/p>\n
                            Appellant Raj Kumari Devi is said to be the order<\/p>\n
                giver whereas there is a specific allegation of assault on the<\/p>\n
                deceased by Ganga Das who is said to have given a Farsa<\/p>\n
                blow whereas Rajbali assaulted with Lathi. There is one injury<\/p>\n
                which is said to be by hard blunt substance.<\/p>\n
                            Considering the aforesaid facts, appellant Raj<\/p>\n
                Kumari Devi of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 764\/2011 and appellants<\/p>\n
                Neta Das @ Raju and Ganga Das of Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 850<\/p>\n
                of 2011 are    directed to be released on bail in S.T. No.<\/p>\n
                415\/2006 on furnishing bail bonds of rupees ten thousand each<\/p>\n
                with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                the Sessions Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
