No. 733 of 1988<\/p>\n<p>                  from the court of Additional Sessions Judge &#8211; II, Patna City, Patna.<\/p>\n<p>                            The age of the appellant no. 1 Sita Devi has been recorded<\/p>\n<p>                  in the impugned judgment as 80 years.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Counsel for the appellant submitted that she is suffering<\/p>\n<p>                  from many ailments.\n<\/p>\n<p>                            Considering this fact, prayer on behalf of the appellant no.<\/p>\n<p>                  1 is allowed. During the pendency of the appeal, appellant no. 1<\/p>\n<p>                  Sita Devi is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>                  Rs.10000\/(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                  the satisfaction of Additional District &amp; Sessions Judge II, Patna<\/p>\n<p>                  City, Patna in S.T.
