                   the petitioner is made out in the background in which he<\/p>\n
                   has been appointed in terms of annexure-1 and the<\/p>\n
                   manner in which he has been accommodated by the<\/p>\n
                   Principal of the School in question. In absence of any<\/p>\n
                   substantive appointment in the school which is supposed<\/p>\n
                   to be a nationalized school, no case for regularization is<\/p>\n
                   made out.\n<\/p>\n
