The Vide Chancellor, Rastriya Sanskrit Sansthan 55-57\n                 Institutional Area, Janakpuri, New, Delhi.58--Respondents\n                                ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p>3   18.10.2011               Heard learned counsel for the parties.<\/p>\n<p>                             A counter affidavit on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3<\/p>\n<p>                 has been filed wherein a communication dated 13.9.2011 has been<\/p>\n<p>                 brought on record. This is a letter from Human Resources<\/p>\n<p>                 Development Department, Government of Bihar addressed to the<\/p>\n<p>                 Registrar, Rastriya Sanskrit Sansthan, Janakpuri New Delhi.<\/p>\n<p>                             Recommendation has been made at the level of H.R. D.<\/p>\n<p>                 Department in favour of release of the grant which is required to be<\/p>\n<p>                 processed and acted upon.\n<\/p>\n<p>                             The stand of the counsel for the union of India is that it is<\/p>\n<p>                 a grant which must be released every year and the State ought to have<\/p>\n<p>                 claimed well in time for the year in question.<\/p>\n<p>                             Be that as it may the Registrar, Rastriya Sanskrit Sansthan<\/p>\n<p>                 Jankpuri is hereby directed that they will take cognizance of<\/p>\n<p>                 Annexure-A     dated 13.9.2011and take a decision with regard to<\/p>\n<p>                 release of the grants in favour of the petitioner preferably within a<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>      period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>      order.
