Justice THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN\n\n Dated :10\/07\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n            THOTTATHIL B.RADHAKRISHNAN, J.\n                   -------------------------------------------\n                    W.P(C).No.17934 OF 2008\n                   -------------------------------------------\n               Dated this the 10th day of July, 2008\n\n\n                               JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p>        Learned counsel for the second respondent has placed<\/p>\n<p>before me a copy of the Government Order G.O.(Rt)No.933\/08\/<\/p>\n<p>H.Edn. dated 24.6.2008, whereby, Ext.P3 Government Order has<\/p>\n<p>been cancelled, stated to be in compliance with the interim order<\/p>\n<p>passed in this case and also in W.P(C).17573\/08. It is recorded.<\/p>\n<p>This means that the transfer of the second respondent stands<\/p>\n<p>cancelled. This writ petition is, hence, disposed of directing that<\/p>\n<p>the claims of the petitioner and the second respondent shall also<\/p>\n<p>be considered in accordance with law and as per the norms<\/p>\n<p>governing such transfer.
