Mr.Jani read jail<br \/>\nreport and pointed out that the applicant has enjoyed interim bail,<br \/>\nparole and furlough. He has contended that the present applicant was<br \/>\nabsconder for 984 days and then he was arrested by the police and<br \/>\nappeared before the jail authority. Therefore, he has contended that<br \/>\nparole may not be granted to the present applicant.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFrom<br \/>\nthe contents of the application I do not find any substance in the<br \/>\ncase.
