The alleged offence is under Section 55(a) and (i) of the<\/p>\n<p>Abkari Act. According to prosecution,     on 24.07.2010 at about<\/p>\n<p>12 noon, the petitioner was found in possession of 12.15 litres of<\/p>\n<p>Indian Made Foreign Liquor for the purpose of sale and he was<\/p>\n<p>arrested from the spot.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is in custody for the past 23 days. Learned Public Prosecutor<\/p>\n<p>submitted that no other case reported to be registered against<\/p>\n<p>petitioner for similar offence and hence, he has no objection in<\/p>\n<p>granting bail on conditions.\n<\/p>\n<p>      4. On hearing both sides, I am satisfied that bail can be<\/p>\n<p>granted to petitioner on conditions. Hence the following order is<\/p>\n<p>passed:\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>              Petitioner shall be released on bail on his<\/p>\n<p>        executing a bond for Rs.25,000\/- (Rupees twenty<\/p>\n<p>        five thousand only) with two solvent sureties each<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">B.A. No. 4734 \/ 2010              2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          for the like sum to the satisfaction of the<\/p>\n<p>          Magistrate Court concerned on the following<\/p>\n<p>          conditions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>               i)   Petitioner   shall     report   before    the<br \/>\n                    Investigating Officer on every alternate<br \/>\n                    day, between 10 A.M. and 1 P.M.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>               ii) In case, petitioner is involved in any similar<br \/>\n                    offence, his bail is liable to be cancelled.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>         This petition is allowed.<\/p>\n<p>                                           K.
