Ext.P3 order is dated 25.1.2005. Now that<\/p>\n<p>revenue recovery proceedings have been initiated in December<\/p>\n<p>2007, this writ petition has been filed on 4.1.2008 challenging<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P3.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2. There is absolutely no explanation for the delay involved in<\/p>\n<p>filing the writ petition.
