RAMKUMAR, J.\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                 Bail Application No. 6055 of 2010\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                    DATED: 4th October, 2010\n\n                                O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In this Petition filed under Sec. 439 Cr.P.C. the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>who is the accused in Crime No. 42 of 2010 of Excise Range,<\/p>\n<p>Kanjirappally, Kottayam District           for offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p>Sections 55 (a) and 55 (i)              of the Abakri Act,      seeks his<\/p>\n<p>enlargement on bail.       The petitioner was arrested on           18-08-<\/p>\n<p>2010.\n<\/p>\n<p>      2.    I heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p>      3.    Having regard to the nature of the               offences, the<\/p>\n<p>duration of judicial custody undergone by the petitioner and the<\/p>\n<p>other circumstances of the case etc., I am inclined to grant bail<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioner from a future date.            Accordingly, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>is directed to be released on bail with effect from 8-10-2010<\/p>\n<p>on his executing a bond for Rs. 35,000\/- (Rupees thirty five<\/p>\n<p>thousand only) with two solvent sureties each for the like amount<\/p>\n<p>to the satisfaction of the J.F.C.M.II, Kanjirappally,          and subject<\/p>\n<p>to the following conditions: &#8211;\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>             1.   Petitioner shall report before the Investigating Officer<br \/>\n             between 9 a.m. and 11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\">Bail Application No. 6055 of 2010           -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote><p>                   2.      The petitioner shall make himself available for<br \/>\n                   interrogation as and when required by the police till the filing<br \/>\n                   of the final report.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                   3.    The petitioner shall not influence or intimidate the<br \/>\n                   prosecution witnesses nor shall he attempt to tamper with<br \/>\n                   the evidence for the prosecution.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote><p>                   4.
