No.3281 of 2011\n                           HARIOM RAM\n                               Versus\n                        THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>02.   11.03.2011           Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a<\/p>\n<p>                   complaint case in which cognizance has been taken<\/p>\n<p>                   under Sections 376\/ 511 of the I.P.C.<\/p>\n<p>                           The accusation is that the petitioner tried<\/p>\n<p>                   to   establish   physical   relationship   with   the<\/p>\n<p>                   complainant.\n<\/p>\n<p>                           It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner that prior to the present complaint the<\/p>\n<p>                   cousin of the petitioner lodged a complaint case<\/p>\n<p>                   against the husband of the complainant, hence as<\/p>\n<p>                   a retaliatory measure the present complaint has<\/p>\n<p>                   been filed. It is further submitted that complainant<\/p>\n<p>                   has subsequently retracted from her initial version<\/p>\n<p>                   and filed a petition before the learned Court below.<\/p>\n<p>                           Considering the aforesaid facts, let the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner namely Hari Om Ram, in the event of his<\/p>\n<p>                   arrest or surrender before the Court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                   period of 12 weeks from today, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.<\/p>\n<p>                   10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n<p>                   like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief<\/p>\n<p>                   Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with<br \/>\n           Complaint Case No. 2454C of 2009.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<pre>Shageer                          (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Hariom Ram vs The State Of Bihar on 11 March, 2011 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA Cr.Misc.
