It is submitted<br \/>\nby him that the application for change of date of birth made by the<br \/>\npetitioner on 26.05.2005 has been rejected, vide impugned order dated<br \/>\n04.01.2011, after about five years thereof, without considering the<br \/>\naspect highlighted by the petitioner that there was a clerical<br \/>\nmistake regarding the date of birth shown in the School Leaving<br \/>\nCertificate of the second school attended by the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tNotice,<br \/>\nreturnable on 08.03.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tReply,<br \/>\nif any, be filed on or before that date.\n<\/p>\n<p>(Smt.
