The said advertisement is taken on record. In<br \/>\nspite of the aforesaid advertisement, the respondents have not<br \/>\nappeared.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.\t\tHeard.\n<\/p>\n<p>Ad-interim relief granted earlier stands confirmed and shall continue<br \/>\nas interim relief pending final disposal of the appeal. The total<br \/>\namount deposited by the applicant-Insurance Company before the<br \/>\nTribunal concerned in pursuance of the order dated 24.11.2010, shall<br \/>\nbe invested in the F.D.R. with a nationalized Bank on long term basis<br \/>\nand the same shall be renewed from time to time, without any further<br \/>\norders in that regard from this<br \/>\nCourt. The said F.D.R. shall be retained with Nazir of the Tribunal<br \/>\nconcerned. The quarterly interest accruing on such deposit shall be<br \/>\npaid to the original claimants on regular basis. Final orders<br \/>\nregarding disbursement shall be passed at the time of final disposal<br \/>\nof the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p>3.\t\tWith<br \/>\nthe above observations and direction, the application stand disposed<br \/>\nof.
