We\u00a0heard\u00a0this\u00a0case\u00a0through\u00a0video\u00a0conferencing.\u00a0The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0was\u00a0not\u00a0present\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>in\u00a0 spite\u00a0 of \u00a0 notice. \u00a0 The\u00a0 Respondents \u00a0 were\u00a0 present \u00a0 in\u00a0 our \u00a0 chamber \u00a0 and\u00a0 made\u00a0 their\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>submissions.\n<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>3.        The\u00a0Appellant\u00a0had\u00a0asked\u00a0for\u00a0a\u00a0number\u00a0of\u00a0information\u00a0in\u00a0regard\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0assets\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>held\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0names\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0kith\u00a0and\u00a0kin\u00a0of\u00a0Shri\u00a0Sukh\u00a0Ram.\u00a0The\u00a0CPIO\u00a0had\u00a0provided\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>desired\u00a0information.\u00a0However,\u00a0after\u00a0carefully\u00a0considering\u00a0the\u00a0facts\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0case,\u00a0we\u00a0are\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>of\u00a0the\u00a0opinion\u00a0that\u00a0if\u00a0a\u00a0copy\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0chargesheet\u00a0filed\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0CBI\u00a0in\u00a0the\u00a0court\u00a0of\u00a0the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Special\u00a0Judge\u00a0should\u00a0be\u00a0provided\u00a0to\u00a0the\u00a0Appellant.\u00a0Therefore,\u00a0we\u00a0direct\u00a0the\u00a0CPIO\u00a0to\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>provide\u00a0 to\u00a0 the\u00a0 Appellant \u00a0 within\u00a0 10\u00a0 working\u00a0 days \u00a0 from\u00a0 the\u00a0 receipt \u00a0 of \u00a0 this \u00a0 order \u00a0 the\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>photocopy\u00a0of\u00a0 the\u00a0 chargesheet\u00a0 filed\u00a0 in\u00a0the\u00a0court\u00a0 of\u00a0 the\u00a0Special\u00a0Judge\u00a0in\u00a0 the\u00a0 above\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>matter.\n<\/p>\n<p>\nCIC\/WB\/A\/2010\/000009\u00adSM\n<\/p>\n<p> 4.       The\u00a0appeal\u00a0is\u00a0disposed\u00a0off\u00a0accordingly.<\/p>\n<p>5.
