A<br \/>\ncopy of the same is given to learned Advocate Mr.Mehta for the<br \/>\npetitioner and learned AGP Ms.Manisha Narsinghani, to take<br \/>\ninstructions with regard to the said order.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.1\t Learned<br \/>\nAdvocate Mr.Hathi submitted that he has taken instructions from his<br \/>\ncounterpart and his counterpart has informed him that Criminal Appeal<br \/>\nNo.13 of 2010 is adjourned to 12.11.2010.
