No.4691 of 2011\n                                        Jagdish Mukhiya\n                                               Versus\n                                       The State Of Bihar\n                                              -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>5\/      27.07.2011                Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                      learned counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p>                                  Abuse in name of informant&#8217;s caste, Dusadin is<\/p>\n<p>                      the allegation constituting offence under Section 3 (I) (x) of<\/p>\n<p>                      the S.C.\/S.T.
