Director)\nDate of Hearing         :        15.10.2009\nDate of Decision        :        15.10.2009\nFACTS<\/pre>\n<p> :\n<\/p>\n<p>       By his letter of 14.5.2008, the appellant had requested for merit list<br \/>\nof candidates as selected for NDA, IMA and TES for the courses<br \/>\ncommencing from January, 2008. The CPIO had responded to it vide letter<br \/>\ndated 4.7.2008 stating that merit list of NDA and IMA was available on<br \/>\ntheir web portal www.upsc.gov.in and that of TES on Army Portal<br \/>\nwww.indianarmy.gov.in. The Appellate Authority had affirmed the<br \/>\ndecision of CPIO vide order dated 5.9.2008.\n<\/p>\n<p>2.      In the appeal filed before the Commission, the appellant has taken<br \/>\nthe following ground :-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>        &#8220;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. it strengthens our say that AHQ may not have sent<br \/>\n        call letters to all the candidates who are recommended by various<br \/>\n        selection centres.&#8221;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>3.      The matter was called for hearing on 15.10.2009. Appellant not<br \/>\npresent. The public authority is represented by the officers named above.<br \/>\nIt is the say of Brig. Ved Prakash that the call letters in respect of the above<br \/>\nmentioned 03 courses were sent to all the selected and medically fit<br \/>\ncandidates as per the merit list and, therefore, the suspicion of the appellant<br \/>\nhas no basis whatsoever.\n<\/p>\n<p>                               DECISION\n<\/p>\n<p>4.     As mentioned above, the list of the selected candidates has been put<br \/>\non the websites referred to above. The appellant is not present before the<br \/>\nCommission to buttress his case. It is also not his case that any personal<br \/>\ndetriment has been caused to him.
